Myofascial Energetic Release
Training in UK
Deep bodywork for physical and emotional health
What makes MER different?
Myofascial Energetic Release is not technique-based bodywork.
It is a slow, relational and integrative approach that works with fascia, structure and the nervous system simultaneously.
Participants experience:
- Deep, listening touch rather than forceful manipulation
- A focus on nervous system regulation and safety
- Integration of structural and emotional patterns in the body
- Experiential learning through both giving and receiving sessions

Real stories from our clients
Learning MER has been a very deep and in many ways transformative experience for me. I feel now more grounded in my body and I have been able to connect with old feelings and heal old wounds. For this I am grateful and now I am learning how to practice deep bodywork with clients! I can highly recommend MER as a modality for growth and healing.

I’d highly recommended True North Bodywork for anyone seeking a holistic approach to wellness, centered around breath, body work, and self-discovery.
